Toronto Delivery Service

Our online minimum for delivery service is $50 before delivery and taxes. The minimum phone order is $60.
 
Delivery Areas & Times
  • We deliver throughout The City of Toronto and the GTA at rates starting from $12.
  • The cut-off for same-day delivery orders is 11:30AM local time. Same-day delivery orders are available to order online from midnight to 11:30AM. In some circumstances we can accommodate rush orders and late same-day orders for double the posted delivery charge. Call 416-597-6222 to enquire.
  • Delivery in the morning is available for Toronto (M Postal Codes) in some circumstances for double the posted delivery charge. Morning delivery needs to be arranged before 5pm the day before. Call to set-up and confirm.
  • For deliveries around major holidays or long weekends, we suggest placing your order several days in advance to ensure timely delivery is possible.
  • There are no deliveries on Sundays but pickups are available.
  • Order pickup is available 7 days a week. The cut-off for same-day pickup orders is 4:30PM local time. Same-day pickup orders are available to order online from midnight to 4:30PM. In some circumstances we can accommodate late pickup orders, call 416-597-6222 to enquire. Allow 1 hour from the time of order for us to prepare your pickup. For 10AM pickup, order by 5PM the previous day.
Delivery Fees
  • Delivery rates are based on the first three digits of the postal code. Rates on this page are approximate. For an accurate delivery rate for a specific postal code use the delivery calculator in the shopping cart. Some exceptions apply.
  • Wilbe Bloomin does not offer free delivery. We keep our delivery pricing transparent and fair: there are no hidden fees. Each delivery order is filled to the budget provided by the customer before the delivery service charge is added.
  • Large quantity orders, including weddings and events, are subject to custom delivery charges based on size, complexity, time, and distance. Email info@wilbebloomin.ca to enquire.
  • We reserve the right to limit, change or suspend our delivery service due to any unforeseen circumstances such as weather, time, traffic, availability, volume etc. Large quantity orders require ample time to fill, so it is best to call or email with any large orders.
 
Hospitals & Funeral Homes
  • Hospital deliveries require more information than a regular order, including the name of the Hospital, ward, floor, and room numbers.
  • Patients in Intensive Care and some other wards may not be able to receive flowers. It is always wise to check with the hospital before placing your order.
  • Funeral arrangements also require some advance notice. Please let us know the time of the service so we can ensure delivery before that time.
  • For births, injury, illnesses and deaths, sending flowers to the home is sometimes more appropriate.
 
Eco-Friendly Delivery
  • Whenever possible, deliveries in our local area are completed on foot or by bicycle. The rest are done with our small, fuel-efficient hybrid electric car.
  • Deliveries are grouped by neighbourhood for efficiency and to minimize the number of trips. This is one of the reasons we require some flexibility with delivery times.
 
Delivery Recipients
  • It is important to choose a date and time that your recipient will be able to receive their gift. If the recipient is not at home we will leave the gift at their door if possible.
  • Once delivery is attempted, if nobody is home and we are unable to leave the gift at the door (for reasons like excessive cold, heat, location, etc.), it will be returned to the shop for pick-up or redelivery. We require a delivery fee for every delivery attempt.
  • We endeavour to make our deliveries efficient and complete on the first attempt. We hate to bring a missed delivery back to the shop. We charge for every delivery attempt because we need to ensure any inefficient use of resources is transferred to the responsible party.
  • If you are not sure if they will be able to receive the gift, we are more than happy to call ahead and arrange a time with the recipient. Let us know if you wish for us to call ahead.
  • We do not keep orders anonymous. If the recipient requests, we will provide the sender's name.
